For DiSC assessments, personal information and responses are securely processed via Wiley’s EPIC system. This data is used solely to generate your report and will be stored for up to 24 months, after which it is securely deleted unless otherwise agreed.

I only share your data when necessary and relevant:

  • With your organization: For team workshops or assessments, data may be shared with the leadership team for developmental purposes.
  • With third-party providers: For specific services like DiSC profiles, data is shared with providers like Wiley under strict confidentiality agreements.

Ownership of workshop tools:
While you receive reports and materials for internal use, ELICITOR retains ownership of proprietary tools and games. These are provided for use during workshops but do not remain with the client unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Data security

I prioritize your data security and use industry-standard measures to protect it. For DiSC data processed via Wiley’s EPIC system, industry-leading encryption and secure storage are employed.

While no method is 100% secure, so in the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours with detailed guidance.

  1. Your rights

Under applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request corrections or deletions.
  • Object to certain uses of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing.
